Used Softaken EML to PST Converter last week to move a client’s old Windows Live Mail setup over to Outlook 2021. What I really appreciated was that it didn't mess up the formatting or drop any attachments, and it kept the original folder hierarchy intact. The only downside is that the design looks a bit old and the free trial has some limitations. Overall, I am satisfied with the results.
