Rakshana Laser Eye Care (RLEC) is an Eye Hospital established in 2006 by Dr.A.Palaniraj.M.S. Originally known as Vishnu Eye Care at Sridevi Garden Main Road ,Valasaravkkam.
Dr.Palaniraj.M.S., who is the Chief Consultant Ophthalmologist at RLEC completed M.S.,(Ophthal)from Stanley Med College in 2005.He was a Faculty at the Egmore Eye Hospital attached to Madras Med College till 2013 when he turned Full time Consultant.
