I've been working with Eminence RCM for about three years now, and overall, I've been very happy with their service. Their team has been consistent, diligent, and dependable in handling our billing and collections. I especially appreciate their work on AR follow-up and identifying billing or collection issues. I also find that having regular meetings with the team is helpful for reviewing protocols, addressing any deviations, and keeping everything on track. Like any outsourced service, good communication and clinic oversight are important, but the team has been very responsive and easy to work with. For our practice, working with Eminence RCM has been a better experience than having an in-house biller. I'm glad we made the switch and would recommend them to other healthcare practices looking for reliable billing support.
