The Halawet Jibn was delicious, with a soft, creamy texture and a generous pistachio topping. The sweetness was nicely balanced, making every bite enjoyable. It was a lovely dessert to share after dinner and a great choice for anyone who enjoys traditional Lebanese sweets.
